How to Communicate


Using the zoom and pan feature in Camtasia to dial in on specific parts of a well designed Infographic is a great way to explain complicated ideas very quickly during a sales video presentation


You need to be clear and concise or you run the risk of having your
audience's eyes glazing over and turning into zombies. 

Zooming in and out on bar graphs, pie charts, and other graphical representations inside a single infographic image help a narrator to tell a cohesive storyline without the need of creating several separate images. 

It's a technique we see often on television commercials, made to 
promote Fortune 500 companies, and their products. 



If a picture tells a thousand words then why not use an infographic to speak volumes and help you get your point across quickly and succinctly in the most professional way possible.

Sales Copy



So, I hear you’re writing the script or making cue cards for your first sales video. 
Are you remembering not to just list off a bunch of features? 
Remember, the sound of bubbles sells more soda than the ingredients label. 
You have a unique opportunity through the video to connect with your audience on an emotional level. 
Make sure you are using this to your advantage. 

Identify with them and their problem;offer your personal solution, remind them how bad it is, help them to imagine how good it could be, and how much worse it will get if they let your offer slip on by! 
Of course, to evoke these kinds of deep emotions, and say the things that will make them feel hungry, thirsty and achy inside and all over for your products and services you'll need to use words that pack a punch! Which you can find by googling.

Video making training

If you are going to make your own videos, you are going to need to learn how
to loosen up behind the microphone. 

Being relaxed is more important than, having an "announcer's voice", a cool accent,
impeccable grammar or the ability to pronounce all your words correctly! 

It's more important than any of the things you believe are keeping you from creating
a high converting sales video. 

Shut off the TiVo tonight, close your eyes, and listen to the voices in the TV commercials 
or on the radio. 

I guarantee that you'll hear all kinds of voices, (probably one just like your own), and I wouldn't 
be surprised if you heard some of them saying words that they seem to have just invented!

If listening to commercials doesn't ease your  the mind behind the microphone, try to imagine
the last time good grammar stopped someone from becoming the President of the United 
States! 

So relax and loosen up behind the microphone.


If you don't, you'll waste hours trying to edit your recordings and you'll run the risk of not sounding believable. 

Before, you press record, knowing what you are going to talk about is important but then while you are recording you need to just relax and tell it like it is. 

Don't worry, people will be drawn to your story even if you slip in an "um" or mispronounce a word as long as you sound relaxed and sound like you believe what you are saying! 

A little mistake here and there just makes you sound human and people tend to find it easier to believe someone they can relate to.

It can be daunting trying to learn how to make video sales letters, especially if you’re relatively new to internet marketing in general, but if you can learn to do them, or pay someone else to do them for you, it’s likely you will find that your product converts better than you ever thought it could.

It’s been proven time and time again that video converts. Nothing says you can’t have a backup text sales page, too. But the video is just going to convert better in general.

If you can’t create your own videos, outsourcing them can be remarkably affordable. But remember to work carefully with the creator in order to be sure as much of your unique voice is preserved as possible.


Please don’t let fear deter you from learning to create your own videos. It’s a lot easier than you probably think!
