We are not all born with it, in fact most us have to develop it.

Most of us have to transform our self  into the person we need to

become in order to reach our highest dreams.

A good analogy is the story of a little animal we are familiar with.

The caterpillar ... 

Have you ever watched a caterpillar?

It will go through  life, consuming everything, no regard for

anything but it's own needs, because a caterpillar is weak,

it's fearful and has zero self defense.

At any time  it could be crushed ... and it's whole existence

is based around feeding. It eat's everything it can. It constantly

consumes.

And then ... out of nowhere, it knows ... it's time to go inside and change.

It protects itself in a hard shell ... it keeps everything out and it literally 

dies while it is alive. Through all the pain, the darkness and in the struggle 

of the shell it transforms.

Eventually it breaks free from the shell. It emerges a different creature, 

something of life and beauty. And, as a butterfly, one of the most inspiring

creatures on the planet ... it spreads its wings and flies. 

Most of us are like caterpillar, most of us have done a lot of consuming.

Always thinking of own agenda, but wait ......we were building our strength, learning ... doing what we needed to do waiting for the right time. 

So maybe like right now ... you could go inside and change.

Because everything you're going for, it's preparing you for everything you've asked for. If you're ready to spread your wings and fly................

Go for it....... start fulfill your dreams now.
