How To Destroy your ‘Poverty Mindset’ With these 5 simple strategies

Ridding a poverty mindset in a short amount of time by a quick activity can immediately create internal value and worth. In doing so, you are taking control in creating a ‘life of abundance’ in all aspects of your life.  

Raise the stock in the value of your relationships. Enrich yourself with a healthy lifestyle in diet and exercise. Most important, profit from the benefits of improving your life to create worth for yourself and those who surround you. 

Each tip will help create a shift in your mindset….(and can be incorporated immediately in a short amount of time), but overall will take some time and effort to master. These tips are in no particular order of importance; only in that they are important in using to shift your mindset. 

1. In performing basic physical motion activities, you are able to         not only create a physiological change; you are able to shift         your mentality away from stress and frustration. In one of several activities (running, fast pace walk, push-ups, planks, crunches,         etc.) you will be able to create a sweat which will release you from a state of stress, frustration, and ignite a sense of value. Sweating resembles a ‘needed cry’, as your body is releasing toxins and negative energy for ignition or rejuvenation. 

 2.   Write or create a video of gratitude for all that is ‘right’ in your   life. In expressing gratitude through writing or the creation of video, you are able to enrich yourself with a sense of value. Gratitude for a job, a vehicle, or the smile a cashier has given, will shift your thoughts to what is ‘right’ in your life. Though  it may seem difficult when in a moment of frustration or stress, when you learn to acknowledge the good in the present or your past, you are able to let go of the negative energy currently prohibiting you from moving forward.  

 3. Through a collection of motivational/inspirational videos or a      library of songs, our emotions can be reignited through sight             and sound.  By listening or watching something inspirational, we take ourselves out of a‘moment’ of struggle, into a place of hope and inspiration. By shifting the mindset in such a way, you will go from a state of being a ‘victim of circumstance’ to a ‘state of hope and power’. 

 4. Take yourself to a place of ‘winning’. Several times in your life you’ve felt the exhilaration of ‘winning moments’. The day you received your diploma or degree, fell in love, or even learned how    ride a bike. There are many occasions where you felt you reached a place of  accomplishment. By taking yourself to a place of winning, you are not only  taking your mind there, but remember your posture and how you felt inside.             

5.Create through writing or video creation an ‘ultimate version’ of    yourself and your future. One thing we lose as we grow older, is the emotion and thought of the world being at our finger tips. Being a firefighter, a jedi in Star Wars, or becoming an actor or movie star are a few examples of the dreams we had through our  childhood. By creating an ‘ultimate version’ of ourselves and documenting it,   you bring your vision closer to reality. Now it is more than a thought…..and your    mind will begin to find ways to bring  your vision closer to a reality. And when writing or shooting a video, remember this…..your current circumstances are not a reflection of what your future can become. And when you let that go, allow yourself to smile and soak in the feeling….’as if’ you’re already there. KEEP IT SIMPLE!
