Clickbank has been in, for business since 1998, They are one of the largest digital product network. They have over 12,000 product on their site.
Their platform is very easy to use and you only have to register filling a simple form to join their network. They cover tons of different niches.
When you register with them as a affiliate to get commission, you will be given a ID and a link where you can send your customers to.
When your customers click on that link there system will record that click to the product you are sell, and if they buy the commission will be put in your account.
To run your affiliate business on other platform you will need a website or a blog. This is quite easy as you can set a blog free on www.blogger.com. There are many more you can search online.
You also need to have a hosting service which will host your one click installation of your blog posts, where you can put link for your product. You can find lots of hosting company they are quite cheap these days.
But ClickBank is very good as you don't need website to start your business.
If you decide that you want to build website or blog. You can find lots of information online. Please keep in mind you will need to do lots of work in the beginning to set a blog. If you want website it will need all this information as follow: - About me page, Your contact details and privacy page. ( This will be cover later in my posts).
Before apply to other platforms as an affiliate make sure you have a working blog or website.
