Don’t BS People – The majority of the time they are often more intelligent than ourselves. Among my subscribers I have lots of highly educated people including Lawyers, Doctors, Dentists, Teachers, Scientists, Nurses and Managers. All of which would make me feel like I have the IQ of a toddler if I took part in a quiz night at my local pub with them. Because I give quality advice and that I am actually making money online right now means that I have the respect of my fellow subscribers and that includes single mums, unemployed dads, students and senior citizens.

People like it when you are wrong – Your subscribers like the fact that I am human and that I can get it wrong from time to time. As well as enjoying my good stories they also love hearing my bad. I just try to be as honest as I can all the time.

People love examples – If there is anything that I have learnt through the products that I have created it has to be examples. If you are teaching someone how to excel in a certain subject it is a necessity. If you’re showing a customer how to be a Website Flipper give great examples with screenshots. They love it when you do this and you will get a huge amount of returning visitors that will buy your future products.

This is where I find that the honesty is totally lacking in Internet Marketing Forums. You will see a post from someone asking how to make their first $100 online. Then you will scroll down to their forum signature and they will be offering a free e-book about how they made their first $10,000 online.

Talk about running your reputation at the first hurdle….

These kind of comments always make me chuckle as it is crazy that someone is trying to sell an e-book about how to earn a fortune online when they are stone broke. In reality though it really isn’t worth laughing about as some genuine person that is trying to earn a living online will buy that product from what is effectively a fake e-book.

After all, how could it possibly be real?

You may think at first that maybe this individual was simply writing the post to get others to read his new e-book and this could be understandable.

So I looked at his other threads he had started and in all of them he was practically begging for help with his business start up!

So I am sure your wondering – how do I get into this niche?

It’s actually not that difficult in fact it is rather simple. You need to start out by doing two things. Firstly you need to make some genuine profits of your own so that you can show others how to do EXACTLY the same. Then secondly you need to capitalist on the fact that those that are already successful in this niche will regularly need new products and services.

Most of all both types of customers will pay you for your goods!

Think of it like this – Back in the 1980’s when all those miners were looking for the gold. It wasn’t the miners that became rich; it was the guys that sold all those shovels.

And the one about not setting up a pub on a street with 50 but the person selling space in a smokers den will be the winner. So for starters you need to be making money in a niche that doesn’t involve telling others how to do it (yet).

Here is one of the ways I did it and still do it in other niches right now.

Quite a few years ago, before everyone had their online businesses there was a great need for quality booklets sent out in the post. At the time I was still suffering with my 9 to 5 job and earned an extra income as a leaflet distributor and selling the odd resell rights booklet via free classified ads. The money was often rolling in not because I was a marketing expert but because I was experienced and knew what the public wanted.

How To Make sure you do things right way

The most important thing to remember is to find success in any field of your life you have to have right mind set.

Since I opened my very first internet marketing website, I have been bombarded with people struggling with their finances.

The emails usually start roughly the same……

Ø Please help me make my first $100 dollars online

Ø I’ve been made redundant and I can’t pay the bills

Ø I’ve been trying to earn a living online for over a year but don’t know where I am going wrong

Ø My wives lost her job – how do I start earning online

Ø And so on…..

You would probably assume that these are the only types of emails that I receive, but its not! The ones that are most interesting are those that want a complete change of career. Police officers are my specialty they have served a set amount of years but before they start their pensions they want to find a quality top up income without having to work as a security officer.

This same scenario flows into several professions and they have the best chance of creating a good online income as they can focus on what they are already trained in.

The main problem though is that most people seem to struggle when trying to break into the “make money online” niche. They are instructed by others that it is over saturated, over subscribed and is full of scammers trying to steal any hard earned cash that they make.

This is a load of rubbish, yes there is probably the odd scammer that brings it down but this can happen in any job and as long as you are wary of the dodgy individuals there is no reason for it to hit you.

I came across one newbie just the other day on the Warrior Forum (a well known internet marketing hangout  that made me realize how easy it is to be scammed if you let your guard down. He had sold his mobile phone on eBay and even though he had said that he would only ship to Europe he still had a Nigerian asking him if he could pay by Western Union.

On top of that a few checks showed that his eBay account was registered in USA, he lived in Hong Kong and wanted the WU payment to be sent to his relatives in the highly suspicious African country.

These Nigerian scammers will always be on eBay there is no way of getting rid of them. As one gets suspended, five more will join but they probably only account for say 1% of the eBay buyers and this to me is very small indeed. Plus the majority of us would know better anyway. I certainly wouldn’t fall for such an easy scam but there is always that small amount that sadly would.

Secondly Internet Marketing is a very popular market and the reason why there is a certain degree of rubbish on there is that people seem to want to work in this market first. They will decide to start their online empire head straight for this niche and write an e-book about Blogging. This is when the problem starts they know absolutely nothing about Blogging and end up creating a load of bad content.

This is EXACTLY why there is a huge scope of creating quality information within this niche.

The Internet Marketing Gurus will tell you over and over again not to bother because it’s far too competitive. But the real truth that they’re hiding from you is that it’s the complete opposite. There is a lot of money to be made. They don’t want their streams of income to be affected by some newbie that has the intelligence to do a much better job than them!

They’re doing it for two reasons. Firstly because they don’t want the competition and secondly because you can bet your bottom dollar they’re about to launch a product about how to make money in other niche markets instead.

They’re saying ‘you’ll never make any money in the niche but  you can make a lot in the health or tropical fish niche’ And to be fair you can make money in other niches, but please don’t discount the make money online part of Internet Marketing because it’s a great one to get into.

Don’t be put off by the big guys telling you what you can and can’t do. Theirs is only one tiny opinion out of billions that are spouted every day throughout the world.

All you have to do to be successful in any niche is to be honest about your online experiences.

 So let’s go back to school and learn the basics.

WHY MINDSET IS IMPORTANT TO THE SUCCESS OF EVERY ENTREPRENEUR

 If you start your entrepreneurial journey with the mindset that you may fail, you are doomed. Having the right mindset is the foremost attribute required for every entrepreneur. If there is something in common between the world's highly successful entrepreneurs - Microsoft's Bill Gates, Wal-Mart's Sam Walton, IBM's Thomas Watson Sr, or GE's Thomas Alwa Edison - it is their winning mindsets. A great product or idea will not necessarily ensure success in business. It is with positive mindsets that these industry leaders built thriving companies. Even if your entrepreneurial venture is small with very limited operations, the most vital element for its success is your mindset. It's always a roller coaster ride for an entrepreneur. Every entrepreneur must be confident about handling the everyday pressures and setbacks that are bound to happen in any business. The way you react to such situations largely depends on your mindset. However bleak may be the scenario, you can take control of it with your confidence. An optimistic mindset will help you accept failures and learn from them.

Keeping a positive mindset is of prime importance for you to focus on your entrepreneurial goals and work hard toward achieving them. Nevertheless, being a workaholic is not an appreciable trait as it will burn you out sooner or later. What counts is your ability to put in long hours when required and this will only come with a mindset tuned for success. 

As an entrepreneur, you are free to do what you want, but a successful entrepreneur is well disciplined and responsible. It is critical to have a mindset that welcomes accountability along with freedom. A good entrepreneur enjoys the freedom to explore and choose the line of business, set goals and strategies, and make crucial decisions. At the same time, he or she accepts the accountability to customers, employers, and other stakeholders. With this mindset alone, any business can be run professionally with the aim to be successful in the long run.

It is important to keep your ego at bay when you venture out to be an entrepreneur. Rejections and rebukes can occur during the course of running any enterprise. With an open and egoless mindset, you will be able to accept them and move on. An entrepreneur with a winning attitude will not allow such situations to hamper his or her pursuit for success.

While having a single-minded quest for success is necessary, an entrepreneur needs to have a flexible mindset that can easily adapt to changes. It may not always happen as you had planned. When new opportunities emerge, an open mind is required to change your pre-decided course of action and take new routes. An adaptable mindset also helps you learn and grow.

Finally, for an entrepreneur, an altruistic mindset is not an always appreciable trait when it comes to making money from business. A good entrepreneur must not shy away from making money. The way you want to spend the money made is up to you, but wealth creation must be one of your primary goals as an entrepreneur. A mindset that values wealth will lead you to become a successful entrepreneur.

Create Your Own Product - Write a Book or an Informational Report

Many people don’t realize that they have knowledge and skills that other people would be more than willing or even be eager to pay for. They say there is a book inside every one of us, so why not write your way to riches.

Hang on! I can hear you groaning! I hate writing, I can’t write, I don’t want to write……… or other rumblings floating around the room. Stop and think about this for a moment. It’s not as hard as you might think. You have all the equipment you need, your experience, your computer with a word processing program. That’s the basics already covered because to produce an e-book or informational product, that’s literally all you need.

Now I want you to go in the corner and talk to yourself! Seriously!  Shut yourself away somewhere quiet, grab a notebook, piece of paper, whatever, find that quiet place and go and brainstorm your interests and talents, what do you know about a particular topic?

Think about the things you have achieved in life to date.  Write them down in a notebook.

You will be surprised how, by just thinking about “You” and “Your” achievements to date you will get some ideas that you could more than likely use to create that book or informational report.

I bet you can come up with all sorts of things you really are quite knowledgeable about.

Let’s take a look at some suggestions on the next page.

For example:

• Do you breed any kind of animals or fish?
• Do you know how to fine tune the engine of your car?
• Do you know how to loose weight and keep it away?
• Have you stopped smoking? How did you do it?
• Do you have a “crafty” type hobby you could teach others?
• Do you know how to handle the family budget?
• Do you have some family recipes to share?
• Can you paint or draw?
• Can you take stunning photos?
• Are you really enthusiastic about any particular subject?
• Do you know someone else who is really enthusiastic about any particular subject?

Well I guess you get the idea, write a few of your ideas down in that notepad for future reference.

Don’t be put off by the fact that someone may have created a similar product already.

Take a look at the cookery book market; is there just the one book available on microwave cooking? No, there are literally hundreds, each one covers microwave cooking but includes different recipes.

Take a look at the computer market; is there just one make of computer available? No there most certainly isn’t, there are Desktops, Laptops, Net-books……… well you get the idea.

Take a look at the shelves on your local supermarket, is there only one brand of anything……… no there is a lot of choice of different brands for most items.

The thing to remember here is that you don’t have to re invent the wheel, you just have to make your book, or informational report different to or better than those already published.

Step #1: Create Your Outline

• This step is absolutely crucial.  You need to create an outline before you ever write a single word.  A simple written or typed outline is fine.  The key lies in creating your outline in a way that works for you.

• I usually start with a Title and a sub title. The title describes the report “7 ways to make money online” and the sub title describes the aim of the report “Create a stable growing source of income”

• Don’t create a super long title. Keep your title short and to the point. Anything from 3-10 words will work. The same goes for your sub title too.

• Next I outline each section of the report. In this case it is 7 sections for 7 ways. Your outline sections will then become your sub headings to work from.

• Once I have the headings for the 7 sections, I go and research each topic. Taking one topic section per day, you can very quickly put together your product.

. If you are creating a giveaway report, your report needs to be around 5-10 pages, a whole book needs to be anything over 30 pages.

Step # 2: Write Your Report/Book

Write a paragraph for each of your Outline Subheads explain briefly what that section is going to cover.

Think “basic overview” when writing. Stick to your main point - but be sure to include valuable details you’ve decided to release. If there is a product on the market that enhances the information you have written about, point your reader to that product.

A report is generally considered successful when a purchaser learns as little as one new fact that helps them move forward in their field of interest.

A book is generally considered successful when a purchaser learns a complete new strategy that helps them to move further forward in their field of interest. For example if your book is on how to give up smoking, the reader should be able to follow your instructions and achieve that goal.

Break it up with subheads, bolding add bullet points and some appropriate graphics.  Don’t overdo the graphics though, as most people still like to print out reports and e-books

Step # 3: Edit Your Report

1. When you have finished your report/book put it away for a couple of days.

2. Make sure you run a spell checker on it

3. Re-read it, looking only for spelling and syntax mistakes your spell checker doesn’t know if you meant to type “from” or “form” or “Two” or “Tow”  these are easy typing mistakes that do not get picked up.

4. Read it again – out loud. Take out or rewrite anything you “trip over”.  

5. Does your report read well, does it give the information the reader will be looking for?

6. Make sure your report connects step to step. Make sure you’ve stated its goal clearly in the introduction. Have you wrapped it up neatly in the final conclusion?

7. Make sure you haven’t taken for granted some vital fact that your reader needs to know.

8. Ask someone else to review your report/book, ask them for their honest thoughts. Does the report/book provide them with enough information on the subject?

9. When you are satisfied that the report or book is ready to be launched use a free program to turn the file into a PDF file.

So there you have it “7 Ways To Make Money Online” from simply selling your unwanted items to creating your own informational product.  

You could simply choose to use one method alone or all seven methods together.

1. Sell your unwanted items to raise seed money
2. Sell your services (freelancing) to raise seed money
3. Sell yourself become a social marketer
4. Sell yourself become a blogger
5. Sell your ideas start a newsletter or e zine
6. Sell other peoples products – resale rights – PLR rights.
7. Create your own information report or book.

Whatever method you choose I wish you well, having that extra income really will change your life. Thousands of people are making their living on line why not take the plunge and join them.

Resell Rights PLR Rights and Giveaways

Perhaps the thought of publishing your own newsletter or e-course is a little bit daunting, well here are a few more ideas to think about and most certainly will shorten the learning curve or product creation process for you.

You can use other people’s products to build your list.

Another part of the Warrior forum is filled with freebies that you can legally use to start building your list. It’s the famous WSO section of the board. Have a look  and see what you can find.

Look for the section Warrior Special Offers

Scroll through the pages and look for anything that says free + PLR or + Giveaway rights. Read the terms of the licence if it says you can’t give the product away then move on, you will need a product that allows you to give it away for free to start building your list.

Other places to look, try using the search engines, use the term

 e-book+giveaway rights.

Some amazing sites will be found using that search term.  Don’t spend weeks downloading everything just choose one or two e-books that will be complimentary to your niche.

Some will require you to join their site by giving an email address before you can download the products; some will just let you download for free. Remember we are looking for a product with Giveaway rights. Any E-book on a topic related to the niche you have chosen will do as long as it contains the following statement somewhere within it.
